Warhorse Barbell Club is as much a community as it is a gym, and their coaching philosophy trades in empowerment as much as in strength. Before WHBC, “working out” meant “torture” to this gym-adverse art kid, but all that changed after becoming a member. So when the opportunity arose to combine two of my favorite things—design and Warhorse—I leapt. Working together with owners Chris and Jaclyn to flex their brand has been an ongoing labor of love and an exercise in always keeping it fresh.
